Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection

Hi. Two weeks ago i was diagnosed with a yeast infection. i took the fluconazole pill and it felt less itchy but the burning and itchiness were still there. Yesterday when i was urinating it was burning and so checked in the mirror and saw a long under the skin bump right next to my clitoris, on the right side, red, and painful. also i realized that my labia majora also on the right side was a little bit red and swollen. I took ibuprofen this morning which reduced the pain however the bump is still there and it is annoying me. I m afraid to take antibiotics because i have recurrent yeast infections. what should i do ?
