Suggest Treatment For Swollen Feet, Back Pain And Migraine During Pregnancy

I am 32 and half weeks pregnant and have had swollen feet for weeks but now I have a migrain that has lasted for over 24hrs and back pain. I have had dehydration during first part of second trimester and my sac was opening from the inside but has went back to normal range. What should I be concerned about?

I think I have understood your concern, I will try to suggest you the best possible treatment options.
First of all i will suggest you to identify beginning of your migraine attack, and I will suggest you to Take Tab. Paramet as and when required.Also try and avoid prolong fasting, have small frequent meals.Avoid walking in sunlight, try to identify any other trigger factor for your migraine.
And for back pain I will suggest you to practice some back exercises and local anlagesic ointment application.Also you need to take Calcium and vitamin D supplement on regular basis.
Thirdly, please keep a close watch on pressure on lower abdomen and increased frequency of urine; these signs of pressure on cervix- mouth of the womb. Avoid the activity that triggers this pressure , you need to take care till at least 36 weeks of pregnancy. Try to use head low position of bed till 36 weeks, by keeping one brick below leg side of your bed.
