General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Your wife is having
1) Pain in the back, - chronic
2) Pain in the neck - acute
3) Migraine - Chronic
4) she is on treatment for swelling in the small intestine
5) Dark red area - lower half right breast / Just below the right breast
For the first two complaints - consult either ortho or neuro surgeon - CT or MRI is indicated
for your migraine - consult general Physician
The dark red area may be due to infection if there is pain/ if there is no pain possibly allergy
For swelling intestine continue the treatment by a surgical or medical gastro enterologist
Best Wishes
