Hello,
* Needs basic lifestyle modifications with dose adjustment in current heart medications
* Many instances, it has been noticed that 2-3 types of anti-hypertensives, anti-lipid, blood thinners go on for a lifetime of the
cardiac surgery patient, which is not needed in many instances.
* My guidelines at present
- Discuss with your cardiologist regarding the tapering of some medicines which can be definitely possible
- Strict dietary measures
- Maintain body weight, blood sugar,
cholesterol, BP
- Regular walking, exercises, YOHA
- Avoid
smoking, alcohol if consuming
- Avoid
stress, anxiety
- Manage uninterrupted sleep of 6-7 hours
* Do feel free to revert me back for further guidance.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
