Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood the concerns. Since your history says you had stomach ulcer 1 year before, means that upper GI Endoscopy was done. Since you have symptoms of pain in stomach, burning in spite of Esomeprazole and Rabeprazole I would advise you the following: Get an upper GI Endoscopy done as soon as possible. Get the proper dosages of Ranitidine as Esomeprazole and Rabeprazole are not helping you. Take antacid liquid every three hours, particularly when you are on empty stomach. Take Domperidone round the clock. Not responding to usual treatment means there may be a deeper problem like associated severe stress and/or anxiety which are known to instigate or enhance the problems hence should be kept under control at any cost. Stop alcohol, tobacco in any form, oily and spicy foods, late nights and late dinner.
