Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Rashes On Forehead

I am feeling so unwell, it started with a sore throat 9 days ago which subsided but came back with avengence on Thursday. It has got increasingly worse , I could not travel as arranged. I felt so unwell i went to doctors yesterday who said I had a viral infection and nothing can be done and it will go away. Today I have wanted to cough a little but cannot because is too sore and tonight I went to bed and I have sounds in my head like a motor running thought it was my neighbours playing a wi game which makes a noise sometimes. I have had a continual headache and itchy hot scalp and my forehead has broken out in a rash,and am short of breath. I feel so unwell, I dont know what to do , thank you, Basho

Hi.
With the history you have provided you can take symptomatic treatment like Paracetamol 4 times a day, antibiotic cover to avoid further complications.
The Too much sore throat needs lozenges, frequent sips of warm water to give yo the soothing feeling,
he rash over the forehead can be due to viral infection itself.
