Suggest Treatment For Severe Bronchitis Causing Productive Cough With Blood

I am 65 years of age.I am a little smoker.I have asmatic problem & so I regularly use inheler.I am also a high blood pressure patient & it is now in controll by using medicine prescribed by doctor.Now a days in regular basis little amount of blood is shown along with cough.In X-ray report doctor noted that a few patches are shown within the lungs & it is a severe type of bronchitis & they also suggest for HR CT Scan of chest.What should I do now?

I can understand your concern.
You should first quit smoking as soon as possible. If you don't stop smoking, you will never improve.
Get done CT thorax to identify cause for these patches. If these are pneumonia related then you will need higher antibiotics.
If they are bronchitis related then you will need longer acting inhaled bronchodilators (indacaterol and glycopyronium).
Oral corticosteroids for short duration are also needed.
