Hi, It seems that probably your son may be having ringworm infection. It is also called dermatophytosis or tinea corporis,cruris. It is a fungal infection caused by dermatophytes. It is highly infectious and spreads quickly. Poor immunity,poor hygiene,wetness,excessive bathing,perspiration,soap bath .. etc might exacerbate the disease.
