Suggest Treatment For Patchy Hyperemia With Ulcers In The Intestine

hi,i was diagonised with erosive gastrodudentis in the endoscopy report.ultrasoundreport is normal.colonoscopy report says patchy hypermia with scattered tiny superficial ulcers upto mid tr colon.mucosa beyond tr colon upto caecum appears normal.multiple bits sent for biopsy show nonspecific infective colitis.please suggest the treatment.wheather another colonoscopy is required?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Your history indicates that you have gone for an Upper GI Endoscopy which shows gastro-duodenitis and colonoscopy shows patchy hyperemia with tiny superficial ulcers.
The Gastro-duodenitis can be due to acidity that has increased due to stress or so. This can be treated by a PPI like Omeprazole and Antacids.
Domperidone if there is associated GERD.
Colitis has been diagnosed as non-specific infective colitis. A course of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, Metronidazole and probiotics should help to get a cure over this.
Change of diet to suit both the conditions will help for early and nice recovery.
Stress and anxiety play a big role in such conditions hence control by all means is of utmost importance.
