hi welcome to healthcare magic
Pericarditis is inflammation of the pericardium, often with fluid accumulation. Pericarditis may be caused by many disorders like infection, MI, trauma, tumors, metabolic disorders, treatment is analgesic like diclofenac, antibiotic for pneumonitis.if fluid is present in pericardium than Pericardiocentesis for tamponade and some large effusions.
hope this information helps, take care have a nice day

Cardiologist Dr. Amrit Singh's  Response
You're information that you gave me is not exact if you mean that you have some pneumonitis next to the heart it would be a temporary condition and can be cured either naturally or antibiotics if you have pericarditis that you might have been miss that you might have misquoted then again first time it can be treated with aspirin or anti-inflammatory medications and it will heal in time that is not much to worry about but the pericarditis cannot be diagnosed by X-rays there may also be need look for your x-rays to be read by radiologist and you may not have any exact condition you may not have any specific condition if any more information I will answer you father thank you
