Suggest Treatment For Painful And Inflamed Shoulders

I have been having very bad pain in my shoulders starting almost 8 months ago. The doctor that has been treating me told me i have tendonitis. I fallowed his instructions and the pain has never gone away, it eases from time. In the last 2 months i have been suffering from joints in the hands, feet, neck, wrists, ankles, and most recently knees. I have changed doctors because the original doctor continues telling me that he didn't think i had a problem. The way the symptoms start is painful inflammation, loss of motion and strength, and sometimes a popping or crackling sensation. The inflammation lasts about 1-4 days then subsides and the soreness goes away. a few days to about a week later the same symptoms begin in another joint. Within the past 2 weeks the pain in my left shoulder is becoming unbearable to the point that i an having trouble with turning the steering wheel in may car and it's getting harder to hide the issue at work for fear of termination. I am only 35 and shouldnt be having pains like this where can i go to for help, what specialist field? I'm lost.
