Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning In Stomach

i think i have either gastritis or ulcer and seem to get alot of pain with white bread...why??I am having endoscopy soon to confirm . I also have no gallbladder, would this be the cause of my ulcer/gastritis because of acid build up? i am 35, 5ft 4 and weigh 9st 4 pounds. I get pain with whatever i eat but certain foods make this pain even worse, in fact intolerable. it is a deep, achy, burning feeling in my stomach and it goes throught to my back. I have lots of trapped wind and feel nauseous alot of the time, its so miserable everyday ;-(
