Suggest Treatment For Numbness, tingling And Burning In Thighs

I am experiencing thigh nubness, tingling, burning, coldeness on outer left thigh. I had an EMG and they said there was no pinched nerve and the intense pain was due to muscle tightness and I needed to stretch it. I am just 6 weeks out of a Radical retropubic prostectomy after being diagnosed with prostate cancer. The leg problem started after the surgery, but my doctor said it wasn't caused by the surgery. Any ideas?
