Suggest Treatment For Large Maxillary Cysts

I had a CT scan done in November of 2011, the results were "unremarkable". My doctor ordered an MRI in June of 2011. The results showed "large maxillary cysts, empty sella and flat pituitary gland. And a unusual central round area giving off a different signal bright on T1 dark on T2." My doctor then ordered a bone scan which I am scheduled to take next week. My question is why would a CT scan I had just a few months before the MRI show "unremarkable" when the MRI showed all of these problems? My doctor was not concerned about the maxillary cysts and said we could handle those at a later time, she referred me to an endocrinologist for the empty sella. She was concerned about the unusual central round area but I am confused why she would order a bone scan for that? These tests were first ordered because I have tremors, headaches, optic neuritis and concentration problems. Any help would be very appreciated.
