Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain With Constipation And Gas

Hi,I am Rajat diagnosed with skeleton tuberculosis.I am under AKT4 medcation since past 9 months.for past 2 months I am having joint pain,ribs pain and very bad stomach,I am feeling difficulty in passing motion and air.Please suggest to combat these issues.Thanks

I would suggest you to get your liver function test as it may be abnormal. Anti tubercular drugs have their side effect also. I would also recommend you to get ESR and CRP. After that we can plan accordingly. Till that time you should take Brufen for pain relief and take Liv 52 for liver.
