Suggest Treatment For Indigestion

Hi i am serious problems with my bowel movements for many years now. The stools are not well formed and sometime i can see undigested food particles in my stools. If my stomach is empty in the morning i can hear my stomach rumbling loudly. Also my digestion is so fast that whatever i have for breakfast will out of my system by night?I have been to many doctors and had my stool examined and i also had an abdominal x-ray taken but the results were clear.

- Avoid all oily , spicy , non veg , chilly , beverages , high caloric , dairy fat
- No smoking , alcohol .
- Regular walking , exercises , YOGA .
- Avoid prolong fasting , over eating .
- Do not rest for 3 hrs after meals .
