Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I am a 43 yr old female 5 foot 2 179lbs. Normal BP (110/80) I do suffer with hypothyroidism alrhough my numbers ran a bit on the high side last chech. For the past week I have slept a full 8 hrs but have woken up completely exhausted. My body has ached terribly too. At time I am cold but then I get very warm. My skin at time almost feels like its burning. What could this be.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
As you told that you are suffering from hypothyroidism.. So, Are you taking levothyroxine supplementation for hypothyroidism or not? I want to know about your TSH and T4 test report.. According to your height and weight , i calculated your BMI i.e. 32 kg/m2 approx..According to your BMI , you are obese.. So, first of all you have to do life style modification.. Change your eating habit, do exercise and modified your daily routine activity.. Kindly do check your other metabolic disorder which are associated with Obesity like Diabetes mellitus, Do your fasting lipid profile and do your cardiac evaluation..
because some time diabetes can have these type of symptoms..
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
