High grade B cell NHL is definitely treatable. Staging investigations should be completed to include a bone marrow biopsy. Ask your oncologist regarding the immunohistochemistry (IHC) report. B cell lymphoma is likely to be CD 20+. CD 20+ lymphoma is responsive to Rituximab (anti CD 20 drug). Lymphomas are also very sensitive to chemotherapy. Please discuss it with your oncologist.
