What Could Be The Cause Of Bone Pain?

My grandson, 3yr,10months, has auto immune neutropenia, recently has been having bone pain , could be anywhere, legs, arms, the other day it was his collar bone, other than a low neutrophil level, all other blood work is normal. His hemotologists is going to be doing a bone marrow test soon, is there anything else we should be looking for?
