What Causes Bone Pain?

HI I have pain on left side above the stomach and its a bone pain. This bone is paining last 3 weeks and now little bit pain on my breast also. I have done thyroide , blood and urin and vitamin d3 test. Every thing is fine except vitamin D3- vitamin D3 is 8.8. Is any thing serious? why my bone is paining?

Hello,

What I understand by your history there is vitamin D deficiency and due to this, you are having pain in ribs. Doing regular breathing exercises, exposure to sun and taking vitamin D3 supplements should be helpful.

This is not a major issue so do not get panic. Most of the people in today's time have vitamin D deficiency.
