hey there!i have one year old little girl (birthday in oct) that has had a temp since yesterday 99-101.. Thought maybe teething.. tonight it is 103.7 I've been alternating medicine.. Can't get lower then 103 should I take her to the er or trying waiting till morning??thanks Destiny

tepid sponging repeatedly as per requirement.
Paracetamol 15 mg/kg body weight can be given as frequently as every 4-6 hourly depending on the necessity for reducing fever temporarily.
