General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of your sister seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest using Tylenol for fever.

I also suggest continuing using antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
