hi, i have had a very high fever since saturday afternoon, i have been treating it with tylenol and todday some ibuprofen. my other symptoms are neck pain and headache, there was some severe kidney pain and a urinary tract infection, is it safe to keep taking ibuprofen or should i go to dr

For urinary tract infection,antibiotic should be started (tab ciprofloxacin 500 mg 1 tab 12 hrly)
For headache you can take either Tab Paracetamol or tab tylenol.High fever is more likely due to Urinary tract infection, therefore proper management and investigation is required to carry out proper treatment.Urine complete examination will show the evidence of infection.Therefore you should visit a doctor for your investigation for urinary tract infection so that antibiotic can be started in time.
