Hello and thank you for using HCM.I carefully read your question and I understand your concern. You shoud not worry.
I'll try to explain you something and give you my opinion.

You should know that cholesterol target levels depends on some factors like your age and other associated rics factors like hypertension ,diabetes, smoking and hereditary history of high cholesterol levels.

Your total cholesterol, ldl and triglyceride are higjt. Also, your hbA1c means that you have diabetes.

As a diabetic person your ldl col should be optimaly below 70 mg / dl.
To achieve this first of all you should do a full blood analyze and discus whith your doctor to start medications for diabetes.
Also you should start medication to lower your cholesterol, like statine class.

At the same time you should start lifestyle modification : avoid high cholesterol food, pizzas, white bread, sweeties and rise vegetables, whole grain. Start regular physical activity, walking minimum 40 minutes every day.

All this together will help you to catch your targets.

Hope I was helpful.Wish you good health.
Best regards
