what kind of pain is this, does it increase on movement of lower limbs, is it more in morning time then gradually decreases as day progresses, is it associated with fever, weight loss or any other complaints.
Common cause of pain is inflammation of sacroiliac joints, sometimes sitting for prolonged time time may lead to bone irritation.
