Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You certainly need medicine and you are on fairly appropriate medicine. Continue with the same. However keep monitoring your blood pressure regularly. Also have low salt and sugar diet, and regular exercises. Avoid smoking if any. I guess sugars must have been tested.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sagar Makode
