Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis B

hi, my mother ihas been diagnosed hepatitis b five days back,presently she is having jaundice which is 4.3.She is taking jaundice medicine to recover from it, please advise when to start the treatment of hepatitis B and what tests should be done for starting the treatment

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Just now treatment needed for jaundice. Kindly mention your mother’s SGPT, SGOT value also for giving more comment.

Fruit juice can be taken more, rest needed just now for the month at least, Oily foods and junk foods better to avoid. A patient should get treatment under strict doctor observation. Udiliv medicine also can be prescribed.

After you recover from jaundice to rule out carrier stage HBsAg ELISA testing required again after six months also. Consult gastroenterologist for examination.
