Hello,

The irregular periods seem to be due to hormonal imbalance, not hepatitis itself. However, we should first rule out possible pregnancy. As you've been missing your periods for 3 months now, it's time to take the test. If no pregnancy, then should run gynecological examination and ultrasound to determine the right cause.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
