Suggest Treatment For Headache

i have been getting this headache like feeling in my temple area and sometimes right on my cheek bones, i think it s a tension headache because i heard being on the computer alot can cause this and i m on the computer alot of the day, and the area of the temple headache diagram is where my pain is, but it stays their throughout the day, and when i get on the computer it seems to get worse in a way, but when i wake up or don t get on the computer alot of the day i can feel like it s going away..i m 15 and weigh 125 pounds if needed, could it be something serious..? it feels like tightness and pressure every few but it doesn t Hurt .

Your symptoms might be due to Tension Headache or Classic migraine which results from repeated exposure to light, & eye straining. I advice you,
1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen /paracetamol & Triptans
2. Neck massage
3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises.
4. YOGA
5. Have Caffeine drinks
6. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc
7. Consult a ophthalmologist for further assistance.
