Suggest Treatment For Frequent Cold And Cough
Dear Dr. I occasionally suffered from cough & cold. The problem starts with the irritation/pain in throat and then it ends with cough & cold. I also fee that I have an alergy or my immune system is not working to fight this types of problem. please advise to avoid this problem permanently

Hello,
It may be due to chronic sinusitis.
For that you can take tablet levocetrizine.
Continue steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.
You may require sinus X Ray after ENT consultation.
In case of fever, you may require complete hemogram, chest X Ray and antibiotics after consultation
