Suggest Treatment For Frequent And Painful Urination

my father-in -law suffered from enlarge prostate gland.he underwent a surgery via laproscopy.now after 2 years he is again facing the same pain while urinating and tests revealed he has not got prostrate enlarged.he suffers from frequent pain ful urination.

reveal frequent urination .
* Considering the symptoms possibility of urethra narrowing from previous
surgery in terms of stricture is more likely along with prostate .

* He must get diagnostic ascending urethrography along with ultrasound
KUB and prostate for further management guidelines .
