Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your medical history of anemia is the primary cause for your symptoms and cause of anemia can be heavy blood loss in menses. It's advisable for you to consult with a gynecologist if you are facing problem with heavy menses.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
