Hello,

She may be suffering from acute gastritis with irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or food intolerance, etcetera.

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Avoid dairy products and gluten containing food. Use tablet Pantaprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
