ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

A long standing perforation of the ear drum does not heal with medicines. You will need to visit an ENT to find out if the hole still exists, and if yes how big and if it requires surgical correction. In the meantime, do not allow water to enter the ears as it can cause infection.

Sreenivasan
