Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy

2005 Diabetic, Tia March 2010 Blood clot left side brain, Oct 2011 Epilepsy form of, Stand still in the dark bit tounge through night. Throat infections. Middle of January 2012 Anemia, pain in left arm can not carry things without getting breathless. Sleep 20 hours out of 24. Any help

Well come to HMC
You seems to have multiple pathologies and that needs to be managed accordingly like for the diabetes it is all depends upon the blood glucose level, if this is not too high then this can be managed with diet and exercise, for the epilepsy carbamazepine 20 mg three times can be tried for the infection antibiotic can be tried Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day is the drug of choice, hope this helps.
