Suggest Treatment For Endometriosis

Respected sir,

My sister, aged 33 years had been married since 5 years. Just after few months of marriage she was conceived but later it was found out by the doctor that there was no growth of the embryo and she had to undergo abortion. After this procedure, it was found that she had contracted Rubella infection. She had undergone required course of treatment for about a year. Later, After so many attempts, she was not able to conceive again. There was proper egg formation every month but they didn’t fertilized. Various diagnostic tests preformed has revealed that shape of the fallopian tube is normal, ovulation occurs normally every month but there is no fertilization. Upon endoscopy, doctors found that she had endometriosis and they had performed ablation of extrauterine endometrium followed by a three month course of medicine to prevent it from reoccurring. After 8-9 month of this operation, ovulation started again. She is trying again to conceive again but with no results. Days are passing and we don’t know what to do since her age is advancing. We have thought of IVF but are not sure how successful this technique would be in her case since it is expensive one and cannot afford to try again and again. We are deeply discouraged visiting one after another hospital and that to in vain. Don’t know when she would become mother.

Please help us.
