Suggest Treatment For Dizziness And Rapid Heart Rate Due To Stress

hi, i'm a 56yo male, asian, chinese, having a very busy life, sleeps only about 3-4hrs a day, having a very stressful life, working, and engaging with the very volatile stock market tradings every day. My problem is constant dizziness, poor balance, occasional rapid heart beats, no insomnia, occasional elevation of my BP if no medication is taken for the day. I take XANAX 0.25MG per day together with INDERAL 10mg once daily. That simple perscripotion does a lot of miracles on me, without taking the medications, my problems would come out within 2 hrs.

Keeping yourself busy outside your home, exercising etc can help. Breathing is a good technique to overcome stress. Researches have shown that medicines alone cannot cure mental disorders.
