Hi,

You may be suffering from anxiety neurosis or arrhythmia with chronic fatigue syndrome. Avoid caffeinated drinks and alcohol. Avoid smoking. Do regular exercise and yoga.

Please check for cardia failure or anaemia or hyperthyroidism or arrhythmia by ECG and blood investigation. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
