Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Conceiving
I got married 2 years back and we are trying for a baby for last 1 year. We both had check up done .Doctor said, we dont have any infertility issues as such. According to the doctor, my prolactin level is high (28) and she told me to take Caberlin .5 mg for 6 weeks, one per week. I have taken that and have not checked for prolactin count after that. I am taking Folinal for last 6 months. I took Siphene 50 mg for 2 months as per doctors advise drom day 2 to 6, and still we couldnt see any progress. I would be very greatfuly to you if you can help us in this.

I understand your concern. I would suggest followings for better response of treatment.
- Get your Prolactin checked again & have a follow up visit to treating doctor.
- Also check for your thyroid profile & also ovulation study to confirm normality/ get necessary treatment as per need.
To confirm effect of siphene 50 ( by LH surge test/ usg scanning ) is also advised.
- get your husband's semen analysis done to confirm normality.
* When you find all above things normal... you can try natural conception by unprotected sex around ( 2 days before, 2 days after & on the day of ovulation ) ovulation day.
* No results within 6 months- go for extensive testing for sterility & consult a sterility specialist for advanced fertility aids.
