Suggest Treatment For Cysts In Testicle Region

I have sought help before on this. I am a 49 year male. I have problem of frequent urination, sometimes accompanied by my feeling cold. When I lie down, I need to go to relieve myself several times. In morning when I drive to work/travel anywhere, I feel the urge to relieve myself within 10 -15 minutes. The problem seems to be getting aggravated now. I have seen a urologist who had asked me take Dariten, Alfoo and Urivoid. Those arent helping either, have been taking these for 2 months. I got ultasound done again two days back and all reports are normal. Prostate is 21 cc/mg and there was insignificant residual post voiding check. My sugar levels remain normal, i get that checked frequently - last result for fasting was 101 in Dec 2013. Another issue is I have two large cysts in my testicle region since 9 years. I had got ultrasound done for this and was diagnosed as Epididymitis, the cysts have grown since then each being 2-3 cms is diameter. Is this related and causing the frequent urination resulting from some associated infection. I also get some uncomfortable sensation in my testicles. Therefore, Can you suggest what medicines should I take and should I get operated for getting these cysts removed? If these are to be removed, it is done by urologist or a general surgeon. Also some told be about getting these aspirated, is that a good option.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
UTI with Prostatis with Spermatocele with Epidymitis.
You seems to be treated by Urologist who is treating for your pains only.
I would suggest you- Second Opinion from another Surgeon or UroSurgeon,who would assess your case by USG and CT study of the Prostatitis/ Seminal Vesiculitis/ and Epididymitis and / Urethritis.
Lcr- TEsting of Urine- would confirm the cause of this UTI- from Chlamydia or Gonorrhea,from STD you had earlier.
There is definite relation with the UTI and Cysts in the TESTES region,as these are caused from the obstruction of the Vas deferrence tubes-sperm carrying tubes from Testes to Prostate/seminal vesicles and to urethra.
YOu need to treat it with any General Surgeon / or Urologist,who would treat the infection of the UTI and treat these cysts by Surgical Excision with Proper care.
Aspiration is not advisable,as you are at risks of getting recurrence.So permanent Surgical Excision of these Cysts along with Treatment of prostatitis with seminal Vesiculitis with Urethritis caused from STD infection for 3-6 mths period would be needed to resolve your very resistant type of health issues you have.
