Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

It seems to be a nostalgia paraesthetica. I would recommend you to take antihistaminic like tablet Cetirizine once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching and tablet Gabapentin twice daily.

It is a chronic condition and medicines need to be continued for a few months.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
