Suggest Treatment For Bile Reflux Gastritis
I have been told by doctors after my first endoscopy that I have bile refuels gastritis, what does it mean? And dose endoscopy has major side effects if I check it again? Usually I spend sleepless night through depressions and does it has effect on my gastritis

It means that there is reflux of bile which is causing damage to your lining of the gastric wall, since bile is secreted in duodenum that is small intestine which is distal to stomach. So if in stomach if bile is found means there is reflux of bile.
No endoscopy examination does not have side effects, but there is no need of repeating it again
Yes stress may aggravate the condition
