i'm male 26 years old
since a year i have bile reflux that caused stomach gastritis
i take nexium 40 but still have pain
does bile reflux can cause stomach cancer?
how can i treat it...

Hello,
Acid Reflux may cause lower end of esophagus erosion which is replaced by stomach epithelia lead to Barret esophagus. Barret esophagus may prone for adenocarcinoma.
So, please avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Please consult your gastroenterologist so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
