Suggest Treatment For 'bilateral Renal Pelviectasis' In A Child

my 6 months boy has bilateral renal pelvistacies, in his 3 months scan...
Right kidney measures ~ .55x22 mm.Parenchymal thickness and echopattern appears normal.Corticomedullary differentiation appears maintained.No evidence of calculi or hydronephrosis noted.
Left kidney measures ~60x27 mm.Parenchymal thickness and echopatterb appears normal.Corticomedullary differentiation appears maintained.No evidence of calculi noted.Prominent pelvicalyceal seen ,lower calyx measures ~5.9 mm and pelvis measures ~8.2 mm.Urinary bladder moderately distended.No abnormal intaluminal echoes or wall thickening noted.
What does this reports say...and what do we have to do ?

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic.

Whatever you are quoting fits into prenatally acquired hydronephrosis and it might get better as the age progresses. Only thing is you have to follow it up regularly with followup ultrasound scans. I suggest you have to be extra careful if he gets fever lest it should be urinary tract infection and do not use antibiotics without cultures of body fluids.
