Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Choclate Cyst In Ovaries?
Hi! I m Divya. I had pain in my stomach n so i went to Dr n she suggested me for sonography and den it was detected a bilateral choclate cyst found in my ovaries. Dr suggested me for the surgery and told again i won't face this problem but now again to check the status, it is again found cyst on right side of ovary. So what treatment i should go? Is this cured? Or will be for the life time. Please let me know what step i should take.

Chocolate cysts have a bad habit of occurring again and again ... you need to get a cystectomy ..not just withdrawal of cyst fluid as it will collect again. Also start taking OC pills and T. Mefenamic acid for your abdominal pain .
