Suggest Treatment For Anxiety,severe Heart Burn And Vomiting

Respected Doctor Charles S Narasi I am a patient of stomach since last 3 years where i felt severe vomiting and heartburn, nausia and fear of senseless therefore after examining doctor told me that i am a patient of anexiety so doctor suggested me to take Tab. Triptanol and Cap Lansoparazole (30mg) at night daily and i got all right but recent doubt of Tuberclosis the doctor of TB started the anti TB therapy which again causes severe feeling of Vomiting and severe heartburn and not controlling even by Tab Triptanol and Cap Lansoparazole, Sir can u help me in this regard. Thanks

Hi and thanks for the query,
A proper diagnosis after a clinical review and tests are most important. As you book an appointment witth the gastroenterologist, some over the counter drugs like omeprazole, motilium and antacids like Alluminium hydroxide could be used. Some tranquilizerx like Xanax could helpful for a start.
