Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Discomfort And Flatulence
hi,
i am 30yrs old. with athletic body.
i hv slight gastric symptoms. along with that i hv slight discomfort on right side corner of my stomach adjoing back and hv slight pain whn i press thoseparts. there is slight pain along my lower spineas well. i also think my right abdomen is slightly swollen compared to my left side.
brief history - i had gas problem last week because which even the chest was paining, i had gas tablets so tht pain went. i started doing exercise after tht. from tht point this discomfort is happening.
Is this pain increases after exercise? Is there any vomiting? Possible causes are 1. Acute cholecystitis 2. Back muscle spasm. 3. Abdomen muscle spasm. 4. Hepatitis. 5. Duodenal ulcer etcetera. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your surgeon he will examine and do abdomen scan and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
