Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

It is necessary performing an X-ray study of the coccygeal bone in order to examine better this region. Inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR) should be done. A physical exam may be needed in order to exclude a possible abscess in this region.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
