Suggest Remedy For Random Lightheadednes

I ve been feeling quite light headed at times when sitting at my desk at work and when I m walking about. I ve been making sure I ve eaten and drinking liquids however i seem to just get random moments of dizziness and feel like my eye movement is factor in it. I ve also had a trapped nerve feeling along my right leg to my foot and thought the two could be related.

It's clear case of involvement of cervical spine. It could be CDS, spondylosis, ivd gap reduction. Compression of nerves and vessels supying blood to brain get constricted and supply hampers, collectively cause it most of the time.

Cervical management by physiotherapy, collar support, YOGA will help. Medicine is not the answer.

If at all cervical vertebral involvement is not there then something ahead should be apprehended.

Meditation and deep breathing will help 100%.

Hope it helps you.
