Hi,

Your symptoms are commonly seen in serious illnesses. Therefore, you need to see a physician in person, as soon as possible. A full platelet count as well as organ function tests has to be done. I also strongly recommend a sonography and/or a MRI of all relevant areas of your upper body.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ari Barsfeld, Sports Medicine Specialist
